Terms & Conditions
A 15% cancellation fee will be assessed for any cancelled orders. Refunds are issued by
check from our main office, please allow 10-14 days. All Star Desk is not responsible for
delays or mis-packing caused by the manufacturers, trucking companies, or other circumstances
beyond our control. Special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Customers assume
all responsibility and liability for loading and transportation of merchandise not delivered by
All Star Desk. Floor Models are sold in as is condition.

Layaways
Layaways are not to exceed 90 days and are non-cancellable, and prices & availability cannot
be guaranteed beyond this time. Payments must be made every 14 days. Layaways that are
special orders require a minimum of 4 weeks notice prior to your desired delivery date.
