$2 per additional mile over 50

Changes or cancellations to your scheduled delivery day must be made by 10am
prior to the day of delivery. Changes after this time may be assessed a
redelivery/restocking fee. Damaged claims must be reported within 24 hours of
receipt of merchandise. C.O.D.'s must be certified check or money order. No
personal checks! Customers are responsible for disposal of packing materials.
